NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2020, entered in Case No. 18-CA-004801 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and David Almonte; Unknown Spouse of David Almonte; Carmen Almonte; are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 15th day of June, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 72.3 FEET OF THE EAST 97.3 FEET OF LOT 57, TEMPLE TERRACES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 58 THROUGH 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 480 FEET THEREOF AND LESS ROAD-RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SEWART AVENUE. AND THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF THE NORTH 480 FEET OF THE EAST 72.3 FEET OF WEST 144.3 FEET OF THE EAST 169.3 FEET OF LOT 57, TEMPLE TERRACES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 58 THROUGH 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
