NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 02, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-009987 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT H. CURTIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of May, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 420 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE NORTH 180 FEET; THENCE EAST 105 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 180 FEET THENCE WEST 105 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.

If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
