NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 26, 2020 entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-003042 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Deborah C. Bechtel, Kevin Bechtel a/k/a Kevin H. Bechtel ,Juniper Bay Phase 4 Homeowners' Association, Inc., Lansbrook Master Association, Inc., United States of America, Department of Treasury, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the April 22, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 120, JUNIPER BAY PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, PAGE 55 THROGUH 60, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
