NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2020 and entered in CASE NO. 2019CA003908AX of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Heritage Harbour Master Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Thomas S. Reitnecht and Sybil A. Reitnecht are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 2nd day of June, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 654, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE C, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 8628 Stone Harbour Loop, Bradenton, FL 34212.
A statement that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
