YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Poinsettia Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has filed an action against you seeking to foreclose a Claim of Lien, a landlord's lien, terminate a proprietary leasehold interest and evict you from the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 289 of Poinsettia Mobile Home Park, a cooperative, according to Exhibit C-2 (the plot plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Book 2642, pages 4105 through 4128 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit C-1 attached thereto
upon which lies the following Single-wide mobile home:
1974 HILL, VIN 02611568H
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
