Thurman Ray Hardy II, as plenary guardian of Thurman Ray Hardy III (the “Ward”), gives notice pursuant to Rule 5.670 of the Florida Probate rules that:
1. Domicile of the Ward has changed; therefore, pursuant to Section 744.524 Florida Statutes, the guardian will apply for discharge in the guardianship on June 1, 2020.
2. The name and address of the guardian and the guardian's attorney are set forth below.
3. The address of the Circuit Court for Lee County is 1700 Monroe St., Fort Myers, FL 33901.
4. The jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the state of Tennessee.
5. The name and address of the guardian in Tennessee is Thurman Ray Hardy II, 511 Meadow Haven Drive, Dickson, Tennessee 37055.
6. The name and address of the guardian's attorney in Tennessee is Jordan B. Osborn, 10200 Ramsey Way, Dickson, Tennessee 37055.
7. The date of first publication of the Notice of Discharge of Plenary Guardian is May 1, 2020.
ANY OBJECTION SHALL BE IN WRITING AND SHALL STATE WITH PARTICULARITY EACH ITEM TO WHICH THE OBJECTION IS DIRECTED AND THE GROUNDS ON WHICH THE OBJECTION IS BASED. ANY OBJECTION TO THE FINAL REPORT OR THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE SHALL BE FILED WITHIN THE LATER OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE. WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER FILING OF THE OBJECTION, A NOTICE OF HEARING THEREON SHALL BE SERVED OR THE OBJECTION IS ABANDONED.
