NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-005013-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and HKB REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, LLC; GHIZLANE KHARZOUZ; HASSAN BOUKIL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28TH day of MAY, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2, MEADOWLAWN SUBDIVISION, LESS THE NORTH 2' 6'' THEREOF ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE(S) 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
