CITY OF DUNEDIN DISASTER RECOVERY CONSULTING SERVICES RFP 20-1156 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (the “Consultant”) to provide all personnel, materials and equipment required to provide service to assist the City's disaster recovery efforts. The Consultant will assist the City in expediting financial recovery and mitigation through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) Program and other federal and state programs, to ensure full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws in order to limit any subsequent audits and reviews, and to minimize impacts from future disasters. Consultants shall possess demonstrated experience in disaster recovery programs and must have extensive knowledge and expertise in the operations of FEMA PA and Hazard Mitigation Programs.
Proposals shall be based on the attached Scope of Work. The RFP may be picked up at the address below. You may also email your request to [email protected] or you may download the RFP from www.demandstar.com.
Sealed Proposals: Responses to this Request for Proposal (please submit one unbound original, five (5) copies and one disc/usb copy) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Proposals are due no later than the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
