1. On April 22, 2020, a petition was filed commencing an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceeding, pursuant to Chapter 727, Florida Statutes, made by CFRA, LLC (the “Assignor”), with its principal place of business at 1340 Hamlet Avenue, Clearwater, Florida, 33756, to J. Tim Pruban (the “Assignee”), of Focus Management Group whose address is 30756 U.S. Highway 19 N., PBM 330, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
2. Pursuant to Florida Statutes 727.105, no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727. In addition, except in the case of a consensual lienholder enforcing its rights in collateral, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment, or the like in the respect of any judgment against assets of the estate, in the possession, custody, or control of the Assignee.
3. YOU ARE HEREBY further notified that in order to receive any distribution or dividend in this proceeding, you must file a proof of claim describing how much you are owed with the Assignee, J. Tim Pruban of Focus Management Group, whose address is 30756 U.S. Highway 19 N., PBM 330, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684, on or before August 22, 2020.
4. Assignee shall examine Assignor's representative on May 20, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom; Dial in phone number: 646-876-9923; Meeting ID no: 994-4523-4683#, concerning the acts, conduct, assets, liabilities, and financial condition of the Assignor or any matter related to the Assignee's administration of the estate.
