NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 25, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19001263CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINA CATTNACH A/K/A CHRISTINA MAUREEN STANZIALE A/K/A CHRISTINA STANZIALE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DARREN CATTNACH A/K/A DARREN ELLIOT STEVEN CATTNACH, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of June, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 5091, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Ninety Five, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 1, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
