Final Judgment was awarded on March 13, 2020 in Civil Case No. 2019CA004101000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, FBC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JESSICA BEATRIZ ARAUZ; ADRIAN SOSA; CARLISLE GRAND HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on June 11, 2020 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
