NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 5, 2020, entered in Case No.: 2019 CA 5331 NC of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MICHAEL F. GRADOS; SUSAN L. GRADOS; QUEST SYSYEMS LLC, A NEW MEXICO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER THE 1917 ROLLING GREEN LAND TRUST DATED OCTOBER 18, 2012; GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendants, that Karen E. Rushing, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sarasota County, via online sale accessed through the Clerk's Website at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on June 23, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 234 OF SARASOTA GOLF CLUB COLONY, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
