YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by Plaintiff against you seeking to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
A part of Lot 14, UNIVERSITY PARK, UNIT ONE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin at the NE corner of Lot 13, UNIVERSITY PARK, UNIT ONE, and run along the Westerly right-of-way of Belcher Road S 00 deg. 11'17” East a distance of 85.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue along the Westerly right-of-way of Belcher Road S 00 deg. 11'17” East a distance of 93.00 feet; thence S 89 deg. 48'43” West, 132.38 feet; thence North 21 deg. 02'41” West, 70.31 feet; thence North 74 deg. 46'07” East, 12.35 feet; thence North 80 deg. 03'40” East, 147.63 feet to the Point of Beginning.
