NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 02, 2020, and entered in 19-007906-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY W. FREELAND; WENDY L. FREELAND are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 19, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BOCA CIEGA RIDGE 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
