RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on March 26, 2020 in Case No. 2019-CA-009920-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ARDELLA L. STONE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of June, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
