NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 22, 2020, in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of this Circuit Court, will sell the following property, situated in Orange County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Unit 1127, Building 11, of TRADEWINDS, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Book 8476, Page 544, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with any undivided share in the common elements appurtenant to such unit.
The Clerk of this Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on June 23, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
