NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 3, 2020 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Sale entered on March 24, 2020, in Case No. 2018-CA-003947 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation is Plaintiff, and Eileen June Lang; Barbara Linda Carideo; Del Webb Orlando Homeowners Association, Inc., formerly known as La Cresta Ridgewood Lakes Community Association, Inc.; Ridgewood Lakes Master Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk. realforeclose.com, on the 9th day of June, 2020, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
