As to the following correctly described real property situated in Collier County, FL:
The following described land situate, lying and being in the County of Collier and State of Florida, to-wit: The South ½ of the South ½ of the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼, less the West 30 feet thereof, reserved for road purposes, Section 2, Township 52 South, Range 33 East, comprising 2 1/2 acres, more or less, and subject to a reservation of 75% interest in and to all of the oil, gas and other mineral rights in, on and under the above captioned property. Subject to:
1. Facts that would be disclosed by an accurate survey,
2. Zoning and/or other restrictions imposed by governmental authority,
3. Any oil, gas and/or mineral lease as it may appear of record,
4. Restrictions, reservations, conditions and limitations of record, if any,
5. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a COMPLAINT FOR REFORMATION OF SCRIVENER'S ERRORS IN DEEDS on the above-referenced property in Collier County, Florida has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael S. Hagen, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 5290 Summerlin Commons Way, Ste. 1003, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, on or before May 25, 2020 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
