NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 20, 2020, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-003807-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and LAWRENCE CHAMBERS A/K/A LAWRENCE P. CHAMBERS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of June, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 66, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 93, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
