NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001956, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-J09, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-J09 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and KEEPING KIDS IN THEIR HOME CORP. AS TRUSTEE FOR ABUNDANT LIFE TRUST, A CALIFORNIA TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF ABUNDANT LIFE TRUST A CALIFORNIA TRUST; HEATHER CHERIEL; SHAMID CHERIEL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4TH day of JUNE, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 116, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
