All of SUNSET COVE RESORT AND SUITES CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3698 at Page 2185 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.

At any time before the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale you may cure the default which is the subject of this action and redeem the timeshare interest by paying the amounts secured by the lien in cash or certified funds to the Trustee at the address above.
