NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-006704, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-MTA1, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-MTA1, is Plaintiff and MICHELE G. JOHNSON A/K/A MICHELE JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE G. JOHNSON A/K/A MICHELE JOHNSON; LAKEWOOD RIDGE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS N.A., are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of JUNE, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
