NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 25, 2015 in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 13-001549-CO-41, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit 604, TALL PINE VILLAGE TOWN HOMES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 119, Pages 20 and 21, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3231 Meta Court, Unit 604, Largo, Florida 33771
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on July 10, 2020. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
