NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1-303, of THE BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14748, Page 1703, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3261 Haviland Court, #303, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 25, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
