NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-005472-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT FIVE ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOYCE A. KRAML; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDMUND L. KRAML; BARBARA HODGE; JEFFREY KRAML; KELLY SHELTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of June, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 8470, VENDOME VILLAGE, UNIT FIVE, a condominium according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 26 and 27 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3578, Page 797, as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
