RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on May 11, 2020 in Case No. 19000991CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONS DIRECT MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL J. ZEZULA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of June, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4 and the West 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 534, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 7, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, pages 11A to 11G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
