EDWARD HENSELY, Trustee of the 6527 Margaret Drive Land Trust and the 6431 Margaret Drive Land Trust (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is Plaintiff and R. J. LINBURG, and any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual Defendant who are not known t be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants, are Defendants.
