Tract 953, of an unrecorded plat of Angus Valley, Unit #3, . . .A tract of land lying in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida; more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of the stated Section 2, thence run East (assumed bearing) along the South boundary of the stated Section 2, a distance of 2350.54 feet; thence North a distance of 1450.43 feet for a Point of Beginning. Thence continue North a distance of 24.23 feet; thence North 57 degrees 22 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of 109.10 feet; thence North 32 degrees 37 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 57 degrees 22 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 32 degrees 37 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 152.60 feet; thence West a distance of 33.04 feet to the Point of Beginning.
