IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on 6/8/2020, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the 5th Floor Jury Room of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 102, Building 16, Phase XVI, SERENA at Fiddler's Creek, a Condominium, together with the pro rata interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of Serena at Fiddler's Creek, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 4178, at Page 1571, et seq., and as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
