COMES NOW, the Plaintiffs, ZACH STEVENSON and JOHN STEVENSON, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a Quiet Title action on the following properties listed below has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Sarasota, on February 28, 2020, Case No: 20-CA-1021.
1. Lot 45, Block 1685, 33rd ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 17, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.

You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE, of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 12381 S. Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33907, on or before June 22, 2020, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Sarasota County Historic Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
