NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Partition dated May 7, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 004225 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 1, LLC and FL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 6, LLC are Plaintiff, and ACME INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC and EQUITY TRUST CO CUST IRA ACCOUNT #Z029889 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 26th day of June, 2020, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit Number 1006, The Beaches of Longboat Key - South, Phase 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1647, Page 1812, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 21, Page 42, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with Parking Space No. 239.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
