NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated February 4, 2020 and Order Granting Agreed Second Motion for Entry of an Order Directing the Clerk of Court to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale dated May 7, 2020, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-12003 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, PINEYWOODS CAPITAL LLC, is the Plaintiff and DK HOME RENOVATIONS, INC. a Florida corporation, DARROL HORTON, JOHN DOE 1 n/k/a DAMIAN HORTON, and JOHN DOES 2 THROUGH 4, unknown parties in possession, are the Defendants.
The Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online auction at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapters 702 and 45 of the Florida Statutes, beginning at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., on June 8, 2020, the following described property on Exhibit “A” attached hereto, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
