Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
1976 ANDE mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers A160A and A160B free and clear of all liens, located in the Plaintiff's Community at 6700 150th Avenue North, Lot No. 605, Clearwater, Florida 33764
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of June 2020. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
