NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM) dated November 13, 2019 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 18, 2020 entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2018-CA-001438-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ON BEHALF OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-AC5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC5, Plaintiff, and RICHARD J. TAKALA; SHERIS TAKALA A/K/A SHERIS R. TAKALA; GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of June, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM), to wit:
THE EAST ONE-HALF (E 1/2) OF TRACT NO. 155, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
