NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Final Judgment for Plaintiff and Order Granting Motion for Order to Sell Subject Property at Public Auction dated May 20, 2020, entered in Case No.: 2019 CA 002116, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRODERICK LONG is the Plaintiff, and YOLANDA LONG, WILLIAM FRNAKN LONG, JR., CATRICE POGUE, NARVELLA GLOVER, DEBORAH FOX, KAY MIMS, ERIC LONG, GREGORY FOWLER DARRELL FOWLER and KENNETH LONG are the Defendants, that the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on July 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. the following property as set forth in the Final Judgment
Lot 1 in Block 1 of HICKORY LAKES PHASE I, according to the
map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 82, page 13 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any property owner claiming an interest in the proceeds from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
