NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 58, RIVER WATCH, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 112, Pages 79-85, inclusive, and according to affidavits recorded in O.R. Book 9044, Page 1753; O.R. Book 9073, Page 145; O.R. Book 9092, Page 711, and O.R. Book 9113, Page 475, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1268 Blackrush Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 9, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
