NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 22, 2020, entered in Case No. 2019 CA 146961 O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST HSIEN FOSTER, are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Orange County, at www.orange.realforeclose.com, on December 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment: Legal: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT “A”
