Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on December 30, 2020, in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies will sell the property located in Manatee County, Florida, being specifically described as follows:
The West 70 feet of Lot 2 and the North 20 feet of the West 70 feet of Lot 3, Block B, J.A. Lamb's Plat, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 297, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on December 30, 2020.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
