NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 05, 2020, and entered in 2017CA004961AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB D/B/A/ CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and TATJANA KRUSE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY SAFETY & MOTOR VEHICLES; MANATEE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE; BRADENTON POLICE DEPARTMENT are the Defendant(s).
