NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2020 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 28, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 512014CA002408CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and BLACK POINT ASSETS, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 1601 TR-MBS SPECIALS ASSETS LAND TRUST; JONNY PACHECO; CARMEN P. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of January, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, CARPENTERS RUN, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 97-100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
