NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2020, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-000687-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QA5 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOHN A. LEFEVRE A/K/A JOHN LEFEVRE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN A. LEFEVRE; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MANDALAY, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of NOVEMBER, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, OF MANDALAY, PURSUANT TO PLAT FILED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
