NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-002201-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and ERIC B. THELEN A/K/A ERIC THELEN; LORI LYNN THELEN A/K/A LORI THELEN; COLONIAL ROOFING, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of November, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 98, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 60, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
