NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 22, 2020, in Case No. 2020 CC 3330 NC, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will, on November 25, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 115, BENEVA RIDGE, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records 1097 -1145, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Page 26, 26A and 26B, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
