NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2020 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 29, 2020, issued in Case No.: 2020 CA 000722 NC filed in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BLUEWATER INVESTMENT TRUST 2018-1, is the Plaintiff, and CHARLOTTE F. CAMPBELL and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT CAMPBELL are the Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on January 25, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
