NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 21, 2020, entered in Case No.: 2019 CA 010499 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JULIO MELENDEZ are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on December 10, 2020 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
