NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 1, 2020 in Civil Case No. 29-2019-CA-010374 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF CIM TRUST 2018-R4 is Plaintiff and PAMELA Y. WRIGHT A/K/A PAMELA WRIGHT, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of December 2020 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 17, CLAIR-MEL CITY UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
