Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Building No. 14, Unit No. 203, of Terraverde 7, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 2078, Page 1296 through 1461, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Parcel ID #12-46-24-16-00007.2030
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on December 2, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
