YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in LEE County, Florida:
LOT NO. 37, BLOCK NO. 8014 OF BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PALT THEREOF AS RECORED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 20050000056034, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for BELLA VIDA AT ENTRADA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or within 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the LEE COUNTY BUSINESS OBSERVER (Newspaper)
