NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of October, 2020 and an Order to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated October 20, 2020, in Case No.: 17-002739-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which the Plaintiff, DIANNE C. O'BRIEN AS TRUSTEE OF THE JAYHAWK IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED THE 12TH DAY OF JULY, 1996 and DEEPSOUTH CONTRACTORS, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, TIMOTHY WAYNE HINES, GERALDINE DANIELS, AND ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENATNS are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 2, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Second Amended Order of Final Judgment:
