NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 20, LEISURE LAKE VILLAGE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 6347, Page 292, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to said Condominium unit, per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 93, Page 25, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 102, Page 17, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 807 Elkan Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
